This festive season plan to make it exciting by choosing to go for a last minute vacation to Egypt. Known for the world’s oldest Nile Valley civilization, Egypt is a paradise for those who like sculptures and ancient monuments. Pyramids, Sphinx, Cruises and what not, you will get to see them all during your tour to Egypt.

Itinerary

To enjoy the wonders of Egypt, you need not plan it months in advance; you can straight away go for a last minute vacation and try out this easy itinerary.

  • On day one explore Cairo and its attractions like Cairo Tower, Al-Refa’I Mosque and Military Museum. Also, enjoy trying out an excursion to the nearby Giza to watch out the famous Sphinx, Pyramids of Giza and Egyptian Museum.
  • On day two visit Alexandria in Egypt and explore the Tombs of Al-Anfushi, the Museum of Fine Arts, the Graeco-Roman Museum and Pompeii’s Pillar.
  • On day three try indulging in any of the different activities like Oasis tours, desert safari, adventure tours or cruise tours in Egypt.

Accommodation

Feel at home after a day full of excursion in Egypt by staying in hotels like Hilton Green Plaza Alexandria, Sofitel New Cataract Nile, El Salamlek Palace Alexandria, Hilton Luxor, Ramada El Sokhna Resort, St George Hotel Luxor and The Three Corners Ocean View El Gouna.

fantastic scenery. is it really viable to do a 'short break' to the Philippines though? I would love to go, but would probably want at least 5 days there.
