Also, check out the amazing El Rastro Market that is held on Sunday mornings. This is one of the most fascinating flea markets of Europe. Museo del Prado is another tourist attraction worth exploring in Madrid.

Plaza de OrienteTourists visiting Madrid must watch Plaza de Oriente and Centro de Arte de Reina Sofia. You can also choose to explore some interesting neighborhood destinations during a short city tour to Madrid such as, Alonso Martinez, Moncloa, Gran Via, Chueca, Barrio de las Letras, Salamanca, Torre Europa and Gran Via.

The best time to visit Madrid is the spring season, meaning the months of April, May and June, when the climate here is continental and pleasant. Avoid visiting this destination in the rainy season, when you will not be able to explore much in Madrid.
