snow capped morocco

If you are planning to go to North Africa, Morocco is one place you cannot afford to miss. The only country in Africa which is not a member of African Union, Morocco has a Mediterranean climate. In the Atlas mountain range, you can see snow capped mountain ranges throughout the year. So don’t forget to pack your bags with warm sweaters and jackets. If you are trekking freak, Morocco is just perfect for you. You can also enjoy perfectly carved sand seas also.

morocco food

We would advise you to engage an official tourist guide through a tourist office. If you learn few words of basic Arabic and learn to give tips, you are ready for your Morocco journey. Green tea with mint and hard sugar lumps is the place’s specialty. The cuisine is a mix of Moorish, Portuguese, Spanish, Berber, Corscian and African cuisines. The home grown and imported spices form the basis of food.

Best time to visit Morocco is during Spring as the extreme climate during winter and summer can be brutal for you. Do not try to go to Western Sahara region of Morocco as there are plenty of landmines and travelling is not advised. The wildlife biodiversity of Barbary Macaque Morocco is amazing. The hospitability of Morocco people is one thing which you will not forget.

fantastic scenery. is it really viable to do a 'short break' to the Philippines though? I would love to go, but would probably want at least 5 days there.
